Re-entry
A significant Plate Scratch between two stamps:
In position 80, the scratch begins in the 'A', passes through the 'N' above the 'CA' and through the UL spandrel and into the margin.
The scratch begins in position 79.
Doubling is more noticeable at the top and particularly in 'DA Postage.'
Re-entry in Zone 0
