The Neck Flaw

Six Cent printings and one of the least common Small Queen varieties."The 6c neck flaw is 'A' plate Row 5/1. I got some photostats yesterday of material I think is from the Rixon collection, and it has an off centre copy with a tiny part of the left imprint on which the letter 'A' is just distinguishable. From its position it can only be part of the word 'Montreal'." J. HillsonLeft stamp in strip of 3 on cover!- reported by J. Hillson
