The stamp above 3S4.3 is 3F18.2.This pecked line extends into the Queen's head.

I have two copies of 3F18.2 in Rose Carmine 41A. One copy is dated Dec 29 1888. I have another single 3S4.3 in Rose Carmine 41A.
