Re-entry Line in S and UR Ball
There is some doubling below the Left 3and lines in the C of CENTS. There is also a distinctive dot in the S of Cents and strong doubling of the UR Roundelle. There is no distinctive dot in the UR margin as there is in 3R7.1.
