A Major Re-entry
- A little-known, Major Re-entry of the three cent 2nd Ottawa printings.
- To date only one copy of this re-entry has been reported. The stamp is badly damaged, but clearly shows the magnitude of the re-entry.
- The most obvious characteristic is the mangling of the word CENTS, but the entire bottom, the lines in the neck and the UR part of the design, show doubling.
- I would especially like to hear from anyone who has found an additional copy of this CPV.
