A Major Re-entry

A little-known, Major Re-entry of the three cent 2nd Ottawa printings.
To date only one copy of this re-entry has been reported. The stamp is badly damaged, but clearly shows the magnitude of the re-entry.
The most obvious characteristic is the mangling of the word CENTS, but the entire bottom, the lines in the neck and the UR part of the design, show doubling.
I would especially like to hear from anyone who has found an additional copy of this CPV.

We use Statser to measure basic website usage without cookies. The system processes page views, clicks, form submissions without form contents, referrers, browser/device information, error pages, approximate visit duration, and pseudonymous visitor keys. Full IP addresses are not stored permanently by Statser; they are processed briefly on the server to create a pseudonymous visitor key, apply technical exclusions, and optionally resolve approximate GeoIP information. If GeoIP is enabled, the IP address is checked locally against a MaxMind GeoLite2 database to determine the approximate country or city. The visitor IP address is not sent to MaxMind. MaxMind is contacted only to download and update the GeoLite2 database. Detailed data is deleted after the configured detail retention period. For long-term trends, Statser also stores aggregated daily values without individual visitor profiles.
