Re-entry Line into CE and Line in S

A line in the bottom of the 'CE' of Cents and a strong line in the lower curl of the 'S' with other marks in the bottom of the 'S'. There are marks in both 3s.
Many similar characteristics to Reiche and Sendbuehler #4-36 who report examples from 1892-1897. Fifteen examples reported by Guy Jeffery, six of which show the doubling above 'OS', as indicated by R&S. The Doubling fades out over time. Perhaps should be 3R7 but the line above OS is very faint.

I don't think that the faint line over the OS is significant. The marks in CENTS are the defining marks.

Full IP addresses are not stored permanently by Statser; they are processed briefly on the server to create a pseudonymous visitor key, apply technical exclusions, and optionally resolve approximate GeoIP information. If GeoIP is enabled, the IP address is checked locally against a MaxMind GeoLite2 database to determine the approximate country or city. The visitor IP address is not sent to MaxMind. MaxMind is contacted only to download and update the GeoLite2 database. Detailed data is deleted after the configured detail retention period. For long-term trends, Statser also stores aggregated daily values without individual visitor profiles.
