Re-entry
- A line in the bottom of the 'CE' of Cents and a strong line in the lower curl of the 'S' with other marks in the bottom of the 'S'. There are marks in both 3s.
- Many similar characteristics to Reiche and Sendbuehler #4-36 who report examples from 1892-1897. Five examples reported by Guy Jeffery, none of which show the doubling above 'OS', as indicated by R&S.
