Doubling in left corner, dot in the lower curl of the left 3 and doubling in the oval from four to approximately six o’clock. An unusual transition CPV which is found on the late Rose Carmine shades as well as the early Vermilion of the early 2nd Ottawa printings.
We use Statser to measure basic website usage without cookies. The system processes page views, clicks, form submissions without form contents, referrers, browser/device information, error pages, approximate visit duration, and pseudonymous visitor keys. Full IP addresses are not stored permanently by Statser; they are processed briefly on the server to create a pseudonymous visitor key, apply technical exclusions, and optionally resolve approximate GeoIP information. If GeoIP is enabled, the IP address is checked locally against a MaxMind GeoLite2 database to determine the approximate country or city. The visitor IP address is not sent to MaxMind. MaxMind is contacted only to download and update the GeoLite2 database. Detailed data is deleted after the configured detail retention period. For long-term trends, Statser also stores aggregated daily values without individual visitor profiles.
