Ron Smith found a lovely Bulk Mailing Receipt dated August 27, 1896 showing what appears to be an early example of this CPV.

(The bulk mailing receipt), held by GJ. The bulk mail receipt is for five pounds. The reverse side of the mail receipts dated 28 August 1896 and has three 2 cent and one 3 cent for 9 pounds.

If GeoIP is enabled, the IP address is checked locally against a MaxMind GeoLite2 database to determine the approximate country or city. The visitor IP address is not sent to MaxMind. MaxMind is contacted only to download and update the GeoLite2 database. Detailed data is deleted after the configured detail retention period. For long-term trends, Statser also stores aggregated daily values without individual visitor profiles.
