A Major re-entry from the 2nd Ottawa printings. This significant re-entry shows re-entering in both the top and bottom of the design. There is slight doubling in other letters of CANADA POSTAGE, but the most obvious is in the first A of Canada and the ST of Postage. The bottom is quite extensively re-entered as is the bottom edge of the vignette circle
We use Statser to measure basic website usage without cookies. The system processes page views, clicks, form submissions without form contents, referrers, browser/device information, error pages, approximate visit duration, and pseudonymous visitor keys. Full IP addresses are not stored permanently by Statser; they are processed briefly on the server to create a pseudonymous visitor key, apply technical exclusions, and optionally resolve approximate GeoIP information. If GeoIP is enabled, the IP address is checked locally against a MaxMind GeoLite2 database to determine the approximate country or city. The visitor IP address is not sent to MaxMind. MaxMind is contacted only to download and update the GeoLite2 database. Detailed data is deleted after the configured detail retention period. For long-term trends, Statser also stores aggregated daily values without individual visitor profiles.
