Triangle Flaw with Re-entry.

• This is the 1st reported example with a significant re-entry in the UL in addition to the Triangle Flaw in the hair. Interestingly, the damage under the CA is more prominent in the re-entered example, while the 'triangle' appears to show more plate wear. 
• The June 27, 1877 date is not certain.
